Commercial Soffit & Fascia Systems

Properly installed soffit and fascia protect the roof edge and overhang from moisture, pests, and structural deterioration. We install commercial-grade systems built to last.

Commercial Soffit & Fascia

The Overhangs That Protect Everything Below

Soffit and fascia are among the most frequently neglected components of commercial and multi-family building exteriors — and the most likely to cause downstream structural damage when they fail. Deteriorated fascia allows water to infiltrate the roof edge and top plate. Failed soffit panels create entry points for birds, squirrels, and insects that can compromise insulation and wiring within the attic or eave cavity. Blocked or missing soffit ventilation traps heat and moisture that shortens roof sheathing life and accelerates mold growth.

Ridgeline Exteriors installs commercial-grade soffit and fascia systems on multi-family properties, HOA communities, commercial buildings, and large-scale residential projects. We use aluminum vented and solid soffit panels sized to commercial tolerances, coil-formed fascia stock in custom widths to match existing framing dimensions, and fiber cement trim boards where paint-grade products are preferred. All metal work is coil-formed on site for clean, precise bends that fit the actual building geometry rather than approximated from pre-formed pieces.

On multi-family and HOA projects, soffit and fascia replacement is often combined with siding work as part of a comprehensive exterior envelope contract. Combining the scopes eliminates duplicate mobilization costs, ensures all components are replaced in a single pass, and avoids the scenario where new siding is installed against failing fascia that will need to be replaced again within a few years.

System Options

Commercial Soffit & Fascia Systems

Aluminum Vented Soffit

Perforated aluminum soffit panels allow passive ventilation of the eave cavity. Available in 12" and 16" widths in a range of colors. Low maintenance, insect resistant, and suitable for all multi-family and commercial applications.

Aluminum Solid Soffit

Non-vented aluminum soffit for enclosed soffits that do not require ventilation, or for porch ceilings and carport overhangs. Same durability and color options as vented panels with a clean, uninterrupted surface.

Coil-Formed Fascia

Custom-bent aluminum coil stock fascia formed on site to match the exact width and profile of existing framing. Covers deteriorated wood fascia boards and provides a continuous, paintable surface with no exposed seams at joints.

Fiber Cement Trim Boards

HardieTrim boards used as fascia, rake trim, and band board material on projects where paint-grade wood appearance is desired with fiber cement durability. Primed and ready to paint. Available in multiple widths.

Drip Edge & Flashing

Proper metal drip edge and step flashing at all roof-to-wall and roof-to-fascia transitions. Aluminum or galvanized steel sized and installed to building code requirements. A critical component of any complete fascia replacement scope.

Pest Exclusion Screening

Aluminum mesh exclusion screening installed at eave gaps, gable vents, and ridge vents during soffit replacement. Prevents bird and squirrel entry that is common on multi-family properties with large open eave cavities.
